font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.5px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">북구청은 2022년 국토교통부의 도시재생사업 공모에 선정돼 지역 최초로 반려동물을 테마로 지역특화 도시재생사업을 추진 중에 있다. 2026년까지 관음동 448-1번지 일원 1만㎡ 부지에 총사업비 300억 원을 투입해 ‘반려동물과 함께하는 행복 관음’ 도시재생사업을 진행하고 있다.</span><br style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.5px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">주요 공간은 △더하모니센터 △관음동물사랑교육센터로 구성된다. 더하모니센터는 반려동물에게 필요한 것을 한 곳에서 해결하는 복합힐링센터다. 현재 관음 공영주차장 부지에 4층 규모의 복합건물을 짓고 센터는 1,2층에 들어선다. 센터에는 반려동물용품점, 반려동물미용실, 펫푸드연구실, 동물호텔, 반려견놀이터, 애견카페, 애견목욕실 등으로 꾸며진다. 2026년 1월 착공 예정이며 이르면 같은 해 12월 준공 목표다.</span><br style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: -0.5px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">관음동물사랑교육센터는 ‘반려동물 교육’에 주안점을 둔다. 연면적 434㎡ 3층 규모 센터는 1층에는 반려동물과 관련된 체험교육 프로그램과 창업 교육을 지원하는 ‘펫창업지원공간’이, 2·3층은 동물을 매개로 사람과 동물의 심리적 치료 및 재활을 돕는 ‘동물매개 치료실’이 들어선다. 올해 착공 예정이며, 준공은 내년 11월이다.</span><br style="box-sizing: inherit;
